Agreement – Employer Zone
Elixihire HR Consultancy would like to empanel itself and provide exclusive staffing and other HR solutions to Client’s organization, as per Client’s requirements from time to time, on terms and conditions given below:
1) Elixihire Consultancy offers Healthcare Hiring Services. The Client can choose one of the two Hiring plans.
2) The term CTC means the sum total of salary components as given in the appointment letter and also include retirement benefits, if any. Our invoice amount will be based only in terms of CTC.
3) If a candidate is hired for non-employment role/s like partnership / revenue sharing / other roles, a routine standard fee will be fixed and charged as per protocol.
4) After any selection, the Client organization will have to immediately provide us with the offer letter of the selected candidate with complete salary details.
5) All CVs sent to Clients Remain the property of Elixihire HR Consultancy for a period of 12 months from the date sent. In case, for any reason, a candidate is selected for another position during those twelve months, full Professional Fees shall be payable to The Proprietor of Elixihire HR Consultancy.
6) If a client hires / attaches to our candidate for their sister concern organization for employment or other roles including but not limited to freelance / partnership , then the client is liable to pay the consultancy charges to Elixihire HR Consultancy.
7) An invoice shall be raised within 14 days of candidate joining. Our professional fees shall be settled maximum within 30 days of candidate joining. Delay in payment results in additional charges of 5% per month on the invoice amount, applicable from 31st day of candidate joining. All invoices are tax invoices and non GST compliant as of now.
8) Elixihire HR Consultancy charges & the salary of the candidate will have to be paid by the organization separately.
9) If any false information is shared by a client organization about candidate salary or joining to Elixihire HR Consultancy, then Elixihire HR consultancy will claim the Fees equal to double the amount of the candidate’s actual salary.
10) Replacement: In case a candidate placed by Elixihire HR Consultancy leaves Client’s employment willingly within 90 days of joining, then Elixihire HR Consultancy shall provide a panel of candidates to select a replacement, for which no Professional fees would be payable to The Proprietor of Elixihire HR Consultancy .
11) Elixihire HR Consultancy is a bridge between the Client organization & the candidate. It is the organization’s responsibility to check the candidate’s credentials, past experience, knowledge, Education, background, IQ/EQ/SQ etc. Any excuses including candidate performance of not paying the consulting charges due to any of the above mentioned or any other factors will not be entertained.
12) Elixihire HR Consultancy shall protect the confidentiality of the Confidential Information in the same manner that it would protect its own Confidential Information of any kind.
13) Elixihire HR Consultancy team and Client team shall connect to other Team / Teammate for the designated task only. Any type of discussion, employment offer, poaching outside this agreement is strictly prohibited.
14) Any disputes pertaining to this contract/agreement shall be referred to the jurisdiction of Mumbai, Maharashtra. It’s a legal contract & abides by both the signing parties / companies as Indian Legal Acts & rules.
15) The duplicate copy of this may kindly be signed as a token of having accepted the terms and conditions mentioned herein above.
16) Elixihire HR Consultancy has upper hand in Medical Candidate Hiring. Graduate MBBS Doctors, Registrars, Fellowship candidates, Specialist and Superspecialist Consultants, Medical Teaching Faculties, Head of Department, Paramedical Faculties and likewise Candidates are arranged via Hiring Services The bank details of The Proprietor of Elixihire HR Consultancy are as mentioned on the invoice shared for Token and Final amount. Any of the following modes of payment like netbanking / UPI / QR Code / NEFT / RTGS / IMPS or other can be used for Fees payment. I read & understand all above mentioned clauses (1) to (16) and I confirm that I am the authorized signatory as mentioned.
1) Elixihire Consultancy offers Healthcare Hiring Services. The Client can choose one of the two Hiring plans.
- Regular Plan: It is chosen for floated positions that are shared with inhouse recruiters as well as with other hiring agencies.
- The Consulting fee of Regular plan is 8.33% of annual Cost to Co. (CTC) for each position.
- For certain positions the Fees are negotiable.
- Customized Plan: It is a Token based Hiring plan for Hiring Exclusive positions. The concerned requirement closure is Elixihire responsibility. We prioritize the Customized Hiring Plan by CV submission within 3 working days.
- The Consulting fees of the customized plan are upto 2/3rd of Regular Plan (5.555% of annual Cost to Co.)
- Token (2-5% of Total Fees) is required to initiate the Customized Plan. This amount is subtracted from the final invoice.
- For service cancellation / feedback postponement / another joiner / budget related issue; Token is non refundable and non transferable.

- There will be only 1 replacement for any particular profile.
- Replacement will be given only after the payment is received.
- Irrespective of whether the organization wants the replacement or not, it has to pay Elixihire its consulting charges for any candidate who has joined the organization through Elixihire.
- Also, for the replacement process to get started, the organization needs to provide the resignation letter of the candidate who wants to leave the organization.
- Replacement will be given if the candidate voluntarily leaves the Client’s organization.
- Elixihire never takes the guarantee of a candidate’s performance. It’s completely organization and their interview panel’s responsibility to check whether candidates are suitable and will perform for Client organization or not.
