Jobseeker Agreement
Elixihire HR Consultancy is a professional hiring referral service that screens and refers Candidates to the Clients. Candidates are contacted based on their job portal activity, online and social Media Job searches. Candidates too can contact the Recruiter seeking assistance in job placement as a Candidate.
1) The Elixihire HR Consultancy screens the Candidate’s application. on discussion with Client, schedules an interview with the Candidate. Suitable candidates are shortlisted further. The background verifications conducted as per routine.
2) Elixihire HR Consultancy shall protect the confidentiality of the Confidential Information in the same manner that it would protect its own Confidential Information of any kind.
3) All required information related to the past career and future ambitions needed for screening. Candidate need to provide accurate information and be available for interviews with Clients. Candidate consent for his/her information sharing to the relevant Client is important for discussion with Client and Elixihire HR Consultancy.
4) Candidate need to submit offer letter/s shared by each Client, within 24 hours of receipt. The progress on joining decision, service continuation after probation and resignation need to be submitted from candidate to the Elixihire HR Consultancy.
5) If a candidate is hired for non-employment role/s like partnership / revenue sharing / other roles, or referred for joining in a sister entity organization or any kind friendly organization other than Client organization within a year of discussion initiation, then ; same thing need to be communicated to the Elixihire HR Consultancy within 24 hours of Client side Discussion confirmation.
6) Candidate can share as many references as possible for various jobs listed with Elixihire HR Consultancy. However sharing Client side Hiring / Interviewing Team contact with anyone is strictly prohibited.
7) Any disputes pertaining to this contract/agreement shall be referred to the jurisdiction of Mumbai, Maharashtra. It’s a legal contract & abides by both the signing parties / companies as Indian Legal Acts & rules.
8) Fee waiver: All candidates are given a Fee waiver from Elixihire HR Consultancy. Candidate will not be asked to pay Fees for any kind placement from Elixihire.
9) Elixihire HR Consultancy team and Candidate shall connect to other each other for the designated task only. Any type of discussion, employment offer, poaching outside this agreement is strictly prohibited.
10) Selection: Candidate accepts that Elixihire HR Consultancy acts as a bridge between the Vacancy/ies and Candidate/s. Client retains all rights to select or reject the candidate. Elixihire HR consultancy advertises job and attracts candidates. Candidate has a responsibility to get queries solved for Client side employment and assure a yearlong stability to both the Client and to the Elixihire HR Consultancy.
